Refund Policy

At SEO Digital India Marketing, we are committed to delivering quality IT and digital marketing services. Before initiating any project, we ensure that our clients have a clear understanding of the scope, process, and pricing of our services.

Since our services involve time, effort, expertise, and digital resources that cannot be reversed once delivered or initiated, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

1. Non-Refundable Services

I) All payments made towards SEO, Digital Marketing, Web Development, App Development, IT Consulting, or any other services are non-refundable.

II) Once the client makes a payment, it will not be refunded under any circumstances.

2. Advance Payments

I) Any advance or upfront payments made to start a project will also be non-refundable.

3. Project Cancellation

I) If a client chooses to discontinue services after payment, no refund will be issued.

II) SEO Digital India Marketing reserves the right to stop services in cases of non-cooperation, misuse, or violation of terms — in such cases, no refund will be provided.

4. Exceptional Cases

In very rare circumstances, if both parties mutually agree in writing, partial refunds may be considered. However, this is solely at the discretion of SEO Digital India Marketing and will depend on the stage of work completed.
